During your retreat week, you will be offered a selection of strength, cardio and yoga classes designed to energize the body and help fire up your metabolism. This helps us create happier, healthier bodies.
All workouts all voluntary so if you don't want to participate, that's ok. It's all about doing what's right for you every workout, every time.

Education is our highest priority. We love teaching our participants fitness tips & tricks during their retreat that they can implement into their daily routine long after the retreat ends.

Crystal Pergola
Certified since 2012
Crystal has been practicing yoga for over 12 years, teaching group fitness throughout the Tampa Bay area for over 10 years and is a NASM certified Personal Trainer. She has over 18 specialty certifications from a variety of accredited group fitness and world class team training programs and actively teaches spin, yoga, strength and core modalities to live and virtual clients.
Crystal's great personality, sense of humor, and way with words make her workouts go bye quick while still feeling the burn and leaving feeling invigorated. She loves teaching clients how to create healthy, happy bodies by combining simple habits with science based workouts. Her favorite workouts are music driven, creating an entirely unique fitness experience.
Regardless of age or fitness level, Crystal believes health and fitness is for everyone. She's always prepared with tons of options so nobody is ever left behind in her classes or workout sessions. Never easy, always worth it!
Ryan Pergola
Certified since 2003
Ryan Pergola is a certified personal trainer, international health coach, and health club operator. He has over 20 years of experience developing tailored fitness programs for clients from all walks of life. His unique combination of skills includes nutritional guidance, muscle building principles, and recovery optimization. He believes in helping people become healthier versions of themselves by combining functional strength training with mindful eating habits. His background in gymnastics is found in many of his training principles. With Ryan’s help, anyone can unlock the power of their body and reach their fullest potential.
