What if I’m not flexible at all?

You’re exactly who we made this channel for. Start with our Beginner Foundations playlist on YouTube and move at your own pace.

Do I need any equipment to start?

All you truly need is a bit of floor space, a Yoga mat and a device that can play YouTube. Blocks are helpful for comfort for beginners, and I’ll often suggest using pillows, bolsters, or a strap but it's completely optional —no special gear is required.

How often should I practice with your workouts?

You’ll feel a shift even with 1–2 classes per week. Many of my students love a short 10–20 minute flow most weekdays and a longer practice on weekends. My Strong Mom program includes a suggested schedule if you like more structure.

Is everything really free on YouTube?

Yes. My public YouTube classes are completely free to watch. The Strong Mom program is an optional paid layer for those who want a structured 12 week program that combines strength training and yoga. Accountability check‑ins and live weekly check ins with a coach are available in our Group sessions option.

I’m dealing with stress and anxiety. Will this help?

Absolutely. While yoga is not a replacement for therapy or medical care, gentle movement and breathing can be powerful tools for regulating your nervous system and activating your parasympathetic system. Many people use my Yoga for Faith and Restorative Yoga sessions as a way to downshift from anxious, racing thoughts into a calmer body state.
