Crystal's workouts are devoted to creating a light-hearted atmosphere that encourage self improvement and growth through science based programming and traditional yoga philosophy with a modern twist. She is fiercely passionate about helping people live fuller, more balanced lives filled with strength, abundance and happiness and making fitness accessible to all.
Crystal has been practicing and leading yoga classes, group fitness classes, team training sessions and working with PT clients for over 10 years. She is certified through NASM for Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching, holds her Yoga RYT 200 as well as multiple specialty certifications in different accredited group fitness modalities.
Crystal truly believes there is a fitness program for everyone and that education is key in helping clients achieve sustainable results. All of her programs are influenced by her experience working with real clients in different fitness studios for more than a decade.
Her LIFT program was designed with real clients with real bodies in mind. With options for everyone, you can tailor your workout for exactly what you need for your personal fitness and wellness goals as well as physical ability. It's always about progress not perfection.
When she’s not at the studio, she loves to travel and jumps on any chance she can get to paddleboard at different locations— she just loves to explore on the water. Most weekends you can find her paddleboarding at a local spring or relaxing with her husband and dogs.
