My Journey with Strong Mom:

The Foundation

During my pregnancy, I gained 67 pounds.

And with that, it felt like I lost more than just my body—I lost my strength, my conditioning, my confidence… and a piece of myself.

Postpartum was humbling in a way I wasn’t prepared for. I quickly realized I couldn’t jump back into the same workouts or intensity I was used to before pregnancy. My goal wasn’t to “bounce back”—I just wanted to feel like myself again. I knew I needed to rebuild from the ground up, but not by pushing harder… by starting where I was and staying consistent, even when progress felt slow.

That journey is what led me to create Strong Mom: The Foundation. This program reflects exactly how I rebuilt—meeting myself where I was, choosing low-impact options when my body needed it, and learning to give myself grace on the days a workout just wasn’t possible. It’s also shaped by over 12 years of working with real moms through personal training, yoga, and group fitness—understanding what actually works in the middle of real life.

I focused on building strength first because I know how important muscle is for metabolism, energy, and long-term health. But I also know mom life isn’t predictable, which is why I included optional cardio and yoga—because some days you have more to give, and some days you don’t. Both are part of the process, and finding that balance is where real progress happens.

No gym membership required. All of your workouts can be completed at home with just dumbbells or simple cardio outside, because I know how unrealistic it can be to get to a gym or find childcare. This had to fit into real life—not a perfect schedule.

This entire program was designed with real moms in mind—including myself. It’s meant to be sustainable, accessible, and supportive, with simple nutrition guidance based on the glycemic index to help fuel your body through recovery, workouts, busy days, and even breastfeeding. Because as moms, we’re constantly taking care of everyone else—and we deserve support in taking care of ourselves too.

Most importantly, I simply wanted to create something that helps moms rebuild not just their bodies, but their confidence. To feel strong again. To have energy again. To feel like themselves again.

Because I’ve been there—and I know how hard it can be. But I also know this works—because it’s exactly what helped me get back in shape, regain my strength, and feel like myself again after having a baby.

Hi, I’m the creator of Strong Mom Method—and a mom.

I’ve spent the last 12+ years coaching women through pregnancy, postpartum, and the messy middle of raising humans while trying to stay healthy. I built Strong Mom Method after seeing one pattern over and over again: most programs pretend you have unlimited time and energy.

This course is different. It was built around nap schedules, school runs, picky eaters, bath time and the emotional load you carry. You’ll get expert guidance, science-backed frameworks, and the kind of encouragement only another mom really understands.

Is Strong Mom Method right for you?

If your life doesn’t look like a fitness influencer’s grid, you’re in the right place. Here’s what moms usually ask before joining.

How much time do I need each week?

Most moms spend about 90 - 120 minutes per week on the workouts—three to four 30-minute sessions.

Do I need a gym or special equipment?

No gym required. You can complete Strong Mom Method from home with just a yoga mat and a pair of light to moderate dumbbells.

Is this safe if I’m postpartum?

Many Strong Mom students are 3+ months postpartum. If you’re newly postpartum, we ask that you get clearance from your healthcare provider first. Inside the course, you’ll find guidance and modifications for all of our exercises. Always listen to your body and progress at your own pace.

What if my schedule changes every week?

We built this with unpredictable schedules in mind. You’ll get a weekly planning ritual that helps you plug in your workouts like appointments—even if your calendar only makes sense one week at a time.

Can my partner join me?

Absolutely. Many moms inside the program invite their partners to join the workouts or follow the same meal templates. Your enrollment is for your household, so you’re welcome to go through the material together.
