Health Workshops

Destination Fitness Life strives to provide the very best in education at every one of our Fitness Retreats. Health workshops are provided on a variety of health and fitness topics to enhance every participant's experience.

Health and fitness is a journey. Our goal is to give you as many tools as possible to help you become the healthiest, happiest version of yourself! Through education and implementation, our participant's receive everything they need to improve their overall quality of life.

All health workshops are between 15 - 35 minutes in length and will have a Q&A section where you can get any questions you have answered from a fitness and health professional. That's what we are here for!

Our health workshops are completely voluntary so if you don't want to participate, that's ok! It's all about doing what's right for you.
