The Workouts
During your retreat week, you will be offered a selection of strength, cardio and yoga classes designed to energize the body and help fire up your metabolism. This helps us create happier, healthier bodies.
All workouts all voluntary so if you don't want to participate, that's ok. It's all about doing what's right for you every workout, every time.
The Workshops
Education is our highest priority. We love teaching our participants fitness and nutrition tips & tricks during their retreat that they can implement into their daily routine long after the retreat ends.
