Our signature Fitness Retreats transport our participants around the world to different venues where we create unforgettable fitness and wellness experiences. We kick off each day with a variety of workouts, yoga sessions and educational workshops followed by local excursions sure to leave you excited and creating unforgettable memories.

During your retreat week, you will be offered a selection of strength, cardio and yoga classes designed to energize the body and help fire up your metabolism. This helps us create happier, healthier bodies.

All workouts all voluntary so if you don't want to participate, that's ok. It's all about doing what's right for you every workout, every time.

Crystal Pergola

Founder

Crystal's workouts are devoted to creating a light-hearted atmosphere that encourage self improvement and growth through science based programming and traditional yoga philosophy with a modern twist. She is fiercely passionate about helping people live fuller, more balanced lives filled with strength, abundance and happiness and making fitness accessible to all.

Crystal has been practicing and leading yoga classes, group fitness classes, team training sessions and working with PT clients for over 10 years. She is certified through NASM, AFAA and holds her RYT 200 as well as multiple specialty certifications in different accredited group fitness modalities.

Crystal truly believes there is a fitness program for everyone and that education is key in helping clients achieve sustainable results. All of her programs are influenced by her experience working with real clients in different fitness studios for more than a decade.

Her LIFT program was designed with real clients with real bodies in mind. With options for everyone, you can tailor your workout for exactly what you need for your personal fitness and wellness goals as well as physical ability. It's always about progress not perfection.


When she’s not at the studio, she loves to travel and jumps on any chance she can get to paddleboard at different locations— she just loves to explore on the water. Most weekends you can find her paddleboarding at a local spring or relaxing with her husband and dogs.

Her motto for fitness and yoga is simple:

You don't have to be great to start, but you do have to start to be great. <3

Ryan Pergola

PT & Nutrition Specialist

Ryan is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, International Health Coach, and Health Club Operator. He has over 20 years of experience developing tailored fitness programs for clients from all walks of life and loves working directly with his local community.

His unique combination of skills includes nutritional guidance, muscle building principles, and recovery optimization. He believes in helping people become healthier versions of themselves by combining functional strength training with mindful eating habits.

Ryan's background is in gymnastics and can be found in many of his training principles and program design. With Ryan’s help, anyone can unlock the power of their body and reach their fullest potential. Education is the foundation to getting his clients results and continuing their health and fitness journey.

Ryan has owned and operated multiple health clubs during his career and continues to grow his love for health and fitness by launching new fitness centers, programs and virtual options. Through this work, he aims to inspire others to prioritize their health and make positive choices that lead to a fulfilling and vibrant life.

When Ryan's not working, he loves to travel and compete in Obstacle Course Racing. Staying active and sharing health is his passion. He believes in the transformative power of an active lifestyle and is committed to spreading awareness about the importance of physical well-being inside and outside of the fitness center or yoga studio.
