All of our workouts are science based and designed with options for everyone regardless of age or fitness level.
During your retreat week, you will be offered a selection of strength, cardio and yoga classes designed to energize the body and help fire up your metabolism. This helps us create happier, healthier bodies!
Education is everything. We love teaching our participants fitness tips & tricks during their retreat that they can implement into their daily routine long after the retreat ends. We are always looking for ways to improve our participants overall quality of life.
All workouts will have options and modifications available so everyone is always included in the fitness fun. If you need help, just ask. That's what we are here for.
Every workout is also completely voluntary so if you don't want to participate, that's ok! It's all about doing what's right for you every workout, every time.
